Due to the character of our work and to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and confusion we introduced a few practice policies that we would like our clients to understand and respect:
- If your drawings require significant changes from graphic perspective that were not a part of original proposal, all those changes will be subject to additional fees.
- We do not take part in the design process for your project, which means that we will not make design related changes to the base files or directly to the graphics. If such changes are necessary, your office will have to resubmit base drawings to us. If changes significantly effect graphics additional charges may apply if not agreed otherwise.
- Due to limited resources and our commitment to quality we reserve the right to refuse taking up the project. Please contact Aka-Graphics prior to sending us any files. Please allow enough time to agree on scope of work and to let us deliver materials that meet our high standards.
- We will keep you up to date about the progress of work and send low resolution drafts for comments. No final high resolution products will be released until the payment for the service is made in full.
